The company owns a standardized production campus covering 4.8 mu, with independent workshops for suit production and shirt production, achieving professional and segmented refined production for our core categories. We currently employ 520 staff members, including 60 professional technical engineers and senior skilled workers, as well as over 20 middle and senior management personnel. Our experienced and rigorous team is capable of mass production of high-end orders, complex pattern development and high-standard craft implementation, fully meeting the differentiated quality requirements of premium brands.

To perfectly deliver high-end canvas craftsmanship, we have fully introduced world-class production equipment and intelligent pattern-making systems. Our workshop is equipped with precision sewing machines from Japan Juki and Brother, professional specialized machines from Germany Pfaff, Stoll and Durkopp for pocket opening, sleeve attaching and fusing processes, as well as high-end fabric pre-shrinking machines and automatic three-dimensional pressing lines. Adopting the advanced French Lectra CAD intelligent pattern system and supported by a team of senior pattern masters and professional shaping equipment, we implement standardized and refined operations covering fabric pre-shrinking, accurate patterning, hand canvas stitching, high-temperature shaping and three-dimensional finishing, ensuring precise silhouette, superior three-dimensional texture and exquisite details for every garment.

We strictly comply with the ISO9002 international quality management system and have established a full-process closed-loop quality control system. Strict inspections are implemented throughout fabric selection, production processing, semi-finished product testing and final inspection, ensuring stable quality and consistent craftsmanship for all canvas-tailored garments. Meanwhile, we provide professional MTM (Made-to-Measure) personalized customization services, including individual body measurement, pattern adjustment, size modification and exclusive detail optimization. We offer one-to-one tailored pattern solutions for different body types and brand styles, balancing standardized mass production and high-end personalized customization.
